Situated at the top of the Champsaur valley, our 50m2 apartment can be found in the midst of the breathtaking Hautes-Alpes! Enjoying both the sunny atmosphere of the Southern French Alps and the cascading snowfalls from the Écrins mountain range, this is the premier destination for an exciting and stunning ski vacation. Only 38 km away from Gap, Orcieres Merlette successfully combines the modern equipment and infrastructure of a large-scale ski resort, with the friendly atmosphere of a traditional mountain village. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 Double bed with an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom and a Zip bed in the second bedroom. There's also a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens!

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a bath and a separate WC. We'll provide you with towels and a hairdryer.

After skiing, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite show on the TV or connect with loved ones using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the private balcony or terrace (please note that views vary).

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Enjoy all your meals at the dining table.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Prestige Rochebrune Les Cimes where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared indoor pool with panoramic views, a fitness centre, a sauna and hammam (available for an additional charge), and ski storage.

If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE covered parking available on-site.

A fully-refundable damage deposit of €500/apartment and a small daily tourist tax and eco-tax between €0.50 and €3 per person will be collected upon arrival. End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) included!

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet along with you and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee of €13/night.

For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder.
