'The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back'

'The stay was great, room was great, breakfast was good and hotel is within walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to see and do. One suggestion I will make is the showers need some sort of shelf to hold products on.'
