We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). 'Exceptional location with access to (private) pebbled beach, opportunity to kayak from there. Note for younger families and people with difficulty walking: this is not an easy walk down to and up from the beach. There is a great sandy beach about 35 min away by car (Feniglia) as a fall back option. Amenities include oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, nespresso machine, pizza oven and wood fired bbq... Note: no microwave, water boiler, toaster. No AC as indicated. Very nice...

'The house delivered on all of its promises. We, a family with 2 adult children and a dog, spent 3 weeks in September at the house and felt completely at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the 180-degree view of Porto Santo Stefano and the Monte Argentario bay. The entire house, especially the kitchen, is incredibly well-equipped. 'We enjoyed the rustic Tuscan home surrounded by olive trees very much. The pool was fabulous. Thank you Paolina for keeping it open so late in the year. We swam everyday. Lourdes und Luigi haben einen guten Job gemacht. (Bei der Buchung war uns gar nicht bewusst, dass dieser Service dabei ist). Für 2 kleine Reparaturen haben sie sofort telefoniert und innert Kürze war die Sache erledigt. Den Abzug-Stern gibt es einzig, weil einer der Freunde auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen...

'The house was great. It offered everything that was promised. A quiet, private environment with a fantastic garden and great and large swimming pool. Very nice sightseeing opportunities not very far away, including nice villages, great beaches and interesting wineries. We stayed for 1 week and regretted that we had not booked a longer stay.'

'Nettes, kleines Häuschen eingebettet in einem gepflegten, ruhigem Park.Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wegbeschreibung war nicht sehr genau, mussten die richtige Hausnummer etwas suchen. Lage und Zugang zum Meer könnten auch noch etwas besser beschrieben werden. Haben uns wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen das Häuschen erneut zu mieten.'
