New Luxury Family-Flexication-Friendly Townhouse, Few Steps from Eagle Beach

Our townhouse has everything you need to make you feel comfortable, happy and relax! Either you are coming just for holidays or on flexication (Working or Studying remotely), we got you covered!

Our house is beautifully decorated with the a luxury style, having brand new, good quality and comfortable beds, sofas, dining and garden set.

In the bedrooms you will find a perfect mix between comfort and privacy, also with a technology touch. Each of them has space for 3 persons with a king or queen bed and one twin, being all of them semi orthopedic beds. Each room has their towels set and the beds are already done with our comfortable sheets. Also each room has a full luxury bathroom and a closet or a walk in closet for placing all your belongings and luggage. For the ladies: don't worry we already left a hairdryer there ;) in case you need it. For the gentlemen: we set in each room a big screen led smart TV to access to your internet channels, stores and apps and of course cable TV. In the master room you will have the pleasure of having a balcony with a sea view and also the view of our nice garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped, from the basic things (dishes and glasses) to things that you will need to prepare your favorite dinner (pans, pots, cooking utensils, whisky glasses, wine glasses, and champagne glasses, cooler, coffee maker, toaster, etc)

Our family room is perfect to enjoy with family, friends, or your significant other having a reunion, a party, a dinner or just relaxing.

Our patio is the perfect place to have a breakfast, or enjoy a talk with the almost continuous sea breeze that offers our location in Aruba. This is furnished with a beautiful dining garden set and deck chairs (perfect to make that power nap you need for enjoying the night).

Of course, our house is equipped with air conditioner and WiFi, so enjoy!

Worrying about going to the beach? No way, we are just a few steps away from the best beach in Aruba and one of the best in the world (really it is), eagle beach! And guess what? We already left a set of beach chairs and a icebox with rollers for you ;). BTW, in the bedrooms you will find your beach towels!

Our complex is well made with a nice and refreshing pool, a huge garden, ice maker, and free WiFi in the common areas!

Just come to Aruba, stay with us and have the best time you could have!

Lovely little spot

We had a lovely stay at Enzo's property in March 2025. The unit was clean & comfortable. It was a little difficult to control the a/c, but we managed. There is no hot water to the kitchen sink (normal for local homes) but we didn't realise at first as it wasn't mentioned in the listing, so we boiled the kettle whenever we needed to wash dishes. There's an extra fee to use the washing machine & we had a little trouble unlocking the door to get to it, but we figured it out with the help if the wonderful local property manager Chantal. The location is great as you can easily walk to the beach & a few bars & restaurants. The grounds of the property are well maintained & beautiful. Our 3 year old son loved running around the grounds & playing in the pool (as did we). The parking is a little tight so just be aware if you're renting a car. We had a small car rented for our whole stay (highly recommended) & luckily there weren't many other cars in the lot while we were there as it would've been challenging. quiet

We had a lovely stay at Jardines del Mar! The location is fantastic and the property grounds are very nicely maintained. The condo could use a few updates (e.g. a bit more cutlery and some new pillows), but nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. Thank you, Enzo! We had a wonderful time in Aruba!

Wonderful stay in Aruba

Chantel met us promptly and gave us some tips about what was in the area and instructions on WiFi on the island. The condo was clean and well appointed as advertised. Eagle Beach is a 5 minute walk and the Coco Loco is right on the beach for food and drinks. Sunsets were breathtaking. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive. We would recommend exploring the island and going south to explore the street murals. We did a sail and snorkel excursion which was a hit. We saw a sea turtle which was a big treat! We would stay here again and are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Safe gated facility, unit is very quiet. Great smoothie place next door. Right across the street from the hospital, pharmacy is 5 minute walk away. Grounds were well kept, pool was just the right temp.

Excellent Location

This was our second time to Aruba but first time with our kids. The house was great and located right near the beach. You can easily walk but we drove over and parking was a breeze. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels and blankets. The AC worked great! They had beach chairs and a rolling cooler with an ice maker by the pool. TV’s in bedrooms and living room. We rented an umbrella on the beach for $35. Its breezy so a cheap umbrella will not work. There is a beach bar with food at the beach. We ate nearby the house and also drove to Noord about 10 minutes away. Great food everywhere. You feel very safe as well. There was a whole island power outage that lasted about 2 hrs and the property manager notified us right away. Overall it was perfect. Highly recommend staying there.

The property owner and local host make a great team. The manager met us onsite and gave us a quick intro. Both people reached out within a day or two to check in. The on location host was available via text and always replied immediately to questions. The two bedrooms were great give the kids their own room. Eagle beach was walking distance and had condo has a nice pool if you prefer no sand. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, and containers for leftovers. Multiple local grocery stores and restaurants if you don't want to cook. Highly recommend Enzo, Chantel, and this location!

Air conditioners not controlled- either cold or had to turn off - no temp control: Linens old : refrigerator bottom not cooling properly- we lost our perishables of meats , milk, etc: Only 3 food forks with 4 of us: Shower in 2nd bedroom was lukewarm warm at best: All this was reported to host but nothing done!!!

41st Anniversary

Chantal, the host, was very helpful and accommodating. She was present when we arrived and had a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our anniversary. She also assisted us with getting a taxi to the airport to obtain a rental car. After a couple of days, we discovered a car was necessary to see the island. There was some renovations going on outside in the parking area, that made it a little tight parking. The neighborhood was safe and secured with a gate.

The property was perfectly located about 4 mins walk to Eagle Beach. Very nice outside patio space on ground floor and the shared pool was just steps away. A few minor issues that Chantal, the property manager, quickly addressed. Polite and informative taxis to and from the airport made it simple and easy. A lounge chair/bed on the main floor balcony and a chair on the master balcony would be nice enhancements but certainly not a deal breaker! We'd recommend the property and appreciate the responsiveness and kindness of Chantal and the owner.

It is a short walk from the villa to beautiful Eagle beach. The villa is clean and everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. Lovely grounds surrounding a small pool. Very quiet at night. If you like to walk there are a number of restaurants near by.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay so much. The only complaints I had was that the listing is misleading in regards to amenities offered. Some of the amenities(extra beach towels, washer/dryer,grill) are only available at an extra cost. The property manager did work with us in regards to this issue but It should say an extra fee for these items in the listing so that it is known. Also, the hot water was pretty much nonexistent but it did feel fine after being at the beach all day. Finally, the beach chairs were very old and some were broken. I was lucky because my sister had extra chairs in her condo that I was able to borrow for the beach. Overall, we were very happy with our place and enjoyed our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The condo is in an excellent location to walk to the beach (1 block) and to many outstanding restaurants. The condo is in a gate condo community with a pool. The condo itself was roomy and private enough for two couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, King/Queen bed along with a single bed and TV's. Downstairs had a kitchen, dining and living area. Outside the living room was a patio to have cocktails in the evening. We shopped at two stores for groceries, beer and wine: Ling and Sons and Super Store. Both store were too far to walk (my opinion). We ate at the following restaurants that are in walking distance; Screaming Eagle, Waters Edge, Pizza Bobs, Elliot's Italian and Ricardo's and either drove to or took the bus to; Aqua Grill, Flying Fishbone and El Gaucho. Along the beach at night we went to the Casino and Elements Bar. Over all I highly recommend this condo for its location and privacy.

Awesome Place to Stay!

What an awesome place to stay for vacation! My wife and daughter and I truly enjoyed staying at Enzo’s clean and comfortable home in a gated community for 1 full week in June 2018. Enzo’s home is a wonderful balance between privacy (well away from the hotel chaos) and convenient to access Eagle beach (a 4 minute walk away). The house was well furnished and had a relaxing patio (both in the lower floor and master bedroom) to enjoy the daily Aruba breeze. We initially thought we were booking a hotel room, but were pleasantly surprised to see 2 large separate upstairs spacious bedrooms (each with its own full bathroom), a fully furnished living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a downstairs half bathroom. Enzo e-mailed me a few times during the vacation to see if we had questions, and ensure we were enjoying our stay. We would swim at Eagle beach during the day, and enjoy the community pool, typically after 5 til sunset. The comfortable home was well maintained. This townhouse easily helped provide an intrinsically pleasant and awesome atmosphere to truly enjoy our Aruba vacation!

Wonderful place just off Eagle Beach

We enjoyed our stay in Aruba at Enzo's condo! We rented a car so it was easy to get around. Dirima keeps the grounds well maintained, check in and out were very easy. They provided pack n plays and a high chair as described. There were chairs outside to enjoy the patio area. All beach necessities were provided and perfect for us! Basic kitchen appliances- coffee maker, toaster were great for morning breakfasts. The grocery store was a short drive or long walk away. I would recommend renting a small car as the condo is just far enough from everything, or you'll be taking plenty of cabs. We rented a car as we also had babies with us and it worked out just fine (Ricky from Wheels2Go was great!!). We took a drive to baby beach. And also HIGHLY recommend Flying Fishbone. I did not realize how pricey all food was on the island. But it's an island, so they have to import everything. The only issue we had (was our own problem!) was the babies and the stairs- going upstairs doesn't have railings. We just put the kitchen stools at the bottom so we weren't so worried about them climbing. Overall a comfortable place to stay! Thank you! Aruba is One Happy Island, and it did not dissappoint!!

Enzo's house in Aruba was perfect for us.

Your house in Aruba was great. It was very clean and cool when we arrived. The location is perfect. It is near all the main activity but not right in the middle of it. This makes it quiet, but still an easy access to everything on the island. The house is well furnished; we had everything we needed. It is spacious and comfortable. The patio is lovely and also well furnished, including a ceiling fan, which is very useful in the hot, humid Aruba weather. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained, and so is the pool area. WiFi in the house was strong and always available. We did not try using WiFi in the common areas. We sometimes (not always) had problems accessing hot water and regulating the AC, but I suspect that was due to our not understanding the Aruban bathroom fixtures and AC remote controls. Ms Dirima did come and help us with the AC and had to change out one of the remote controls. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

It was just ok

The home does not have any smoke alarms. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom did not open. The sliding door in the living room was very hard to open. The parking space was very tight. There was mold at the bottom of the master shower door. The pool was very dirty. We could not swim in it. The rest of the house was clean.
