At the gates of Orange, this large, completely renovated house welcomes up to 13 travellers for stays with friends, family or for group reunions.

Its real asset: exteriors designed to enjoy together from morning to night.

Salt water swimming pool, petanque court, ping-pong table, large covered courtyard for meals and evenings, vast wooded grounds... everything is there to share convivial moments in a setting suitable for groups.

The absence of direct neighbours allows you to fully enjoy the stay, share a lively meal, listen to music or extend the evenings in complete peace of mind.

Fully air-conditioned, it offers pleasant comfort in all rooms, both in the living areas and in the bedrooms.

The house can accommodate up to 13 travellers:

• 1 master suite on the first floor with Queen Size bed, private shower room and WC
• 2 bedrooms upstairs with each a Queen Size bed and a single bed, with bathroom and WC
• 1 dormitory with 5 single beds with shower room and WC

Upstairs, an additional living space extends the living room with a mezzanine including a library area, board games and an office space, ideal for teleworking or quieter moments.

On the first floor, just before the living room, a billiard table completes the convivial areas.

Music & private events:

This house is particularly suitable for family reunions, holidays with friends, family stays and reunions.

A JBL speaker is available to accompany your days and evenings.

The absence of direct neighbours offers real freedom for group stays, while respecting the property.

The house is located near the motorway. The interior is well insulated. Outside, background noise can be heard more or less loudly depending on the conditions, without preventing you from enjoying the living spaces, the swimming pool or the activities on site.
