    Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

    1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
    2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
    3. Pets are NOT allowed.
    4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
    5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
    6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

The property itself was excellent and very clean. The weather ended up bad and the beaches were red flagged so we did not get to enjoy much of the beach. But no complains on the lodging!

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, and we felt comfortable there. We enjoyed the 2nd floor location because it was very easy to go back and forth between the condo and pool/beach quickly. We would stay there again.

We loved the 2nd floor location in Orange Beach. The condo was clean and the pictures were accurate! We would definitely come here again!

Mom and sister get away

Great location and access to beach. Enjoy our time and condo was great. Only complaint was trash pick up every morning at 6:30am.

We had a great time staying here. The condo was very clean and well kept. Beautiful view from the balcony! The entire building was very clean. There were 4 elevators so we never had to wait. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

LOVED OUR ATAY

Came down from Arkansas with my daughter and several of her friends. They loved the view from the balcony and the beach, of course. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Close to Walmart and places to eat. Couldn't have been happier!

Not for those looking for quiet relaxation

Orange Beach is overrun with chain smoking, beer guzzling, country music blasting people. Not the place if you are looking for a classy, relaxing beach stay. The beaches and pools are crowded and dirty.

The construction was annoting, the paking deck being closed up.top, plus whatever they were doing up top got sll over my vehicle. not happy. However, room eas great smaller than pictures but still met pur needs. Brach eas wonderful, outdoor pool was cold but goid. i.door pool was nice, screaming kids aside, hot tubs were great, however unaccompanied minors was unfair to the adults.

Perfect location

This condo was in a perfect location. It was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The view of the gulf from the balcony was unobstructed and we were close enough we could hear the waves. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. We had a cable issue and received immediate help. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our Stay

The property was nice and the overall experience was enjoyable. The condo was nice and the furnishings were comfortable. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to the details. The shower curtain liners need to be changed and the shower heads were clogged. We had to clean them before we could use them. The kitchen was very functional and it had all of the utensils we needed during our stay. Overall it was a good time.

Condo was great!

Nice condo, always found seating by pool, easy access to all the amenities our complex had to offer. Bathrooms probably need better lighting and updated. But other than that, it was a great place. Would book again.

Will be back.

Would have been nice to have a Keurig. We had extra pillows but no pillow cases. It was very cool so a couple of throws would have been good too. We had 3 boogie boards and one beach chair. Add a couple more for a family would be good. Sliding door to master did not lock Bed was comfy, living room was comfy too. Easy access to parking and beach by the stairs. Will probably be back.
