Inside this property, you'll find plenty of beautifully decorated space with all the comforts of a cozy home to keep you relaxed during your stay. With enough sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests, this condo is perfectly suited for a couple on a romantic retreat to the beach or parents traveling with a young child or teenager. The balcony door and windows allow plenty of natural light to shine in so that you can enjoy some sunshine from inside or enjoy the warmth of the sun's rays directly by relaxing on the private balcony while you sip on your favorite drink. In the living room, warm and inviting décor accentuates the comfortable seating provided, including a queen size sleeper sofa! There is also a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi to help you stayed entertained on your downtime. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the necessary trimmings you will need to prepare delicious meals or whip up quick snacks, as well as a 4-chair dining set for you to sit around to enjoy your meals. Outside of your home away from home, you will have access to all of the amenities provided by the Seaside Beach & Racquet Club complex. Guests are provided private boardwalks to the beach with an outdoor shower area to wash away the salty sand before retreating inside. If you'd prefer to avoid the sand on the beach, you can enjoy the two outdoor pools or heated indoor pool. To work up a bit of sweat, you can visit the fitness room, steam room/sauna, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. If you enjoy showcasing your grilling skills, the perfect spot to do so is at the complex BBQ Area! Seaside Beach & Racquet Club consists of five buildings located along the beach in Orange Beach. The first digit of each room number corresponds to its building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are positioned nearest to the tennis courts and do not feature Gulf views. Building 3 provides a stunning panoramic view of the Gulf, while Buildings 4 and 5 offer beautiful partial or angled views of the Gulf of Mexico.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to ONE (1) vehicle (NO EXCEPTION). Parking Passes are required and not included in your rental. You must purchase your parking pass at the Guard Shack or Front Office upon arrival; they are a one-time fee of $50 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE {Guard Shack hours are 8AM - 8PM}

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
