Great family location

Great location on the beach and also on the main road for easy access getting in and out. Great restaurants, shopping and fun game locations all close by.

Our condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. We had a few maintenance issues that we fixed promptly- the fire alarm kept going off and the hot water in one of the sinks was not working. Only thing we didn't like was how slow the elevators are. There are only two for the entire complex.

The condo was a bit outdated. The beds are in definite need of updating. The dressers had multiple broken drawers. The master bathroom had mold on the door jam and the bathtubs in both bathrooms were missing stoppers. Cabibet doors in the kitchen would not close all the way. I paid over 3 grand for this condo and was not pleased at all. I came home after a week with my entire body hurting. I hate leaving a bad review but the next person needs to know what to expect. OH and we had a couple of little visitors (roaches, but just a few). There were some pros, however. There balcony was roomy. One of the couches had a sofa bed. The AC was very cold. There was plenty of room for my group of 5 adults and 2 kids. There was easy access to the pool and beach from the condo.

Very dated and needs a lot of repair. The kitchen and sinks are still original. There was several floorboards coming off or missing. Our shower liner had black mold on it when arrived which took them 2 days to replace. The popcorn ceiling was peeling. The master bedroom was hot while the rest of the house was cold. Tears in the couches. The coffee machine didn't work and they did replace it the next day. The shower had an old shower head that leaked and was stationary. The connection between the bath tub water to turn on the shower broke the last day we were there. The location is great. The view is wonderful. We were not told at check in that the unit was on the 10th floor (given the number is 1101). The building has 2 elevators and one was broken. Took a long time to retrieve an elevator. You are paying for the beach. Don't expect comfort and a nice unit. Cheap furniture on the balcony.

Check-in was easy, the door code arrived in my texts promptly at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:30 told the gate guard we were newly arrived guests, pulled up to the building’s front doors to unload. Ran in to the front desk, got wristbands and parking tag and we were set.The kitchen was fully Equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals except for food. Walmart and Publix were close by and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

There was not enough hot water to accommodate 8 people in the unit. By the time the 3rd person wanted to take a shower it was cold. We even had everyone only take a 5 min shower or less and we still had cold water. Very frustrating knowing the unit does accommodate 8 people and we can't have enough hot water. Front entry smoke detector went off through out our stay, had maintenance come out and switch out the battery and we still had the issue, we finally had to detach the battery.

Great experience. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, and fit all six of us comfortably. Plenty of towels and the wash/dryer was great to have. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The elevators move quickly so you don't have to wait long. The beach is perfect and plenty of space. Highly recommend Ike's for umbrella and chair service. The property management communication was easy and resourceful. We would totally stay in the same condo again!!

Family trip

Great location for our last-minute beach trip - party of 4. The view is amazing from the deck and the kitchen. Condo is exactly as described. Check in was simple. The keypad works great as we didn't have to worry about an "actual key" when someone needed to go back to the room. Parking is close and easy. The walk to the beach is short. Ceiling fans in every room a plus. Plenty of towels for all our guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

There was human hairs in the tub. We also found used tissue in one of the bedrooms and the master bedroom toilet had not been cleaned. We took care of it ourselves. We still had a wonderful trip and would probably book again. I think they just had a bad maid

Great room and great location!

The room was exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and great coffee maker! The beach has a ramp so it was perfect for our wagon. Great location! Close to lots of food and fun. Loved that there was a key pad on the door with a code rather than keeping up with room keys. Security guards were always walking around the property. The only downfall was the splash pad wasn’t working 4 out of our 5 days, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property since we have two kids under 6. Overall, great experience and I would definitely book here again! Highly recommend!

We would not stay here again. The dryer had a squeaky, loud noise and we couldn’t use it when kids were sleeping. Very annoying noise. Generally it is pretty run down. Kitchen was not adequately supplied with coffee cups or glasses.

Beach Getaway

The place was nice upon arrival and fit our group of 8 fine. The boys slept on the pull out couch though out the week. There were extra blankets and pillows available. The bathrooms are small. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils as well as kitchenware. It even had a crock pot which was a bonus! The master does have a balcony but it faces the road and not the beach. The balcony didn't have a table but did have chairs. Overall, the inside was well kept and we enjoyed our stay. We were close to many things in this condo and that was a plus. Less than a mile from a Walmart!
