We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The kitchen was well stocked. Had some trouble connecting to the wifi, We noticed standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher, so we hand washed what dishes we used. A good bit of the power outlets seemed to not work- so I messaged the host via VRBO app. The next day, electricians randomly showed up and descovered that "said" outlets were also connected to certain light switches, which would have been nice to know. They did end up replacing an outlet in the master bedroom- which was the reason the tv didnt work. The listing claims the bedrooms/beds are "luxurious" and I guess from a design standpoint- yes. However, we felt as though we were sleeping on a concrete slab. Mattresses (in both rooms) were very uncomfortable. The pillows were nice though. We didnt sleep on the pull out couch in the living room but just sitting on it- was about the same level of firmness.(slight softer than "rock") The accent chair was the most comfortable sitting choice. The view from the 7th story was beautiful, of course. So our takeaway was that everything was nice minus lack of communication with the host and our sleeping experience on the slabs. The Summerchase Condominiums were nice. The property was clean, and well kept. They offer a nice little gym as well as an indoor heated pool and larger outdoor pool (even a shallow pool for the younger kids). Our overall experience was positive dispite a few hickups.
