The view was very nice. The inside of the property is in need of a very deep clean. The fan in the master bath is so loud it couldn't be used. The curtains for both sliding doors are in shambles. The master bathtub was stopped up when we arrived. Luckily, my father was able to fix that issue. There are not enough forks or spoons. There was sand all over, including on the coffee table. There were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. The AC was good. Description is misleading. I feel the cleaning fee should be refunded. Actually, I feel we were bamboozled on the price for what the reality of the place was. The building is old. The hot tub didn't work. For most of the week the lights on the tennis court didn't work. We were hoping to use it. The pool was usually dirty with lots of debris floating in it. My husband and I are early risers. We were sitting on our balcony very early every day. We saw the pool be vacuumed Sunday and Monday but not again. The lady came around blowing stuff all over the pool area including into the pool.
