The outside of this house features sea turtles in the front porch railing and the theme continues throughout the house. Drive up into one of the 2 enclosed garages on the first floor and unload your luggage inside. Then up the stairs to the main level and you won't believe your eyes--this house is just beautiful and has every amenity you could need. Down the hall and you will come to the exquisite living, dining, and kitchen area which is beautifully furnished with hardwood floors and shiplap walls which would make Chip and Joanna Gaines proud. This kitchen features stainless steel appliances, leathered granite countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, large pantry, and plenty of dishes and tools to prepare a meal if you tire of eating out.

A wetbar and ice machine are provided. Also on this level is a fun bedroom for the kids with 2 sets of bunkbeds, a full bath with tub, and a queen bedroom with its own ensuite bath with shower. Out the door in the living area is a dining porch with table and seating. Up the stairs to the 3rd level and you will find the master suite with bathroom which includes a soaking tub and a tiled shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with bar table and seating for 4 and a view of Cotton Bayou. Next to the master is a double queen bedroom and a king bedroom with Jack and Jill bath. There is a TV in every bedroom and a large Smart TV in the living area.

Wifi is available throughout and a stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Out the front door you will see tennis courts and pool with clubhouse just across the street. Also, for your boating pleasure, just around the corner is access to the community docks with a boatslip dedicated to this beach house. Fish cleaning station and water are also available. Sit on the front porch at night and enjoy the lights from the condos on the beach and if you are lucky enough to be here on a holiday, enjoy Turqoise Place's fireworks show! Yes, dreams do come true!
