4 BEDROOM BEACHFRONT condo - Great location in Orange Beach. Beautiful beach with umbrellas and beach chairs available only a few steps away. Enclave only has 66 units, so you will not be crowded. No long elevator waits or rows and rows of umbrellas on the beach.
Great condo to share with other families you enjoying vacationing with or perfect for large families. This spacious four bedroom/3 bath beachfront condo will suit your needs perfectly. 7th floor condo has beautiful views of the beach with great balcony furniture. Beautiful zero entry outdoor pool with tanning deck and water spouts. Nice heated indoor pool completely redone in 2021. Condo also provides wireless internet service.

***A private, gated & covered, owners parking spot is provided for you at no charge. Very few units have this bonus. When you book this unit, you will receive one guaranteed parking spot on the general lot for your stay. The space is $50 for your entire stay. You will be required to make a reservation for this space. There will also be additional parking spot(s) available on a first come first serve basis. When you arrive at The Enclave, simply scan the QR code on the parking sign to see if an additional spot is available at a $50 cost for the stay. Along with the owner's private spot and the first general lot spot, you are guaranteed at least two parking spots for your stay. If you are able to get a second spot on the lot, a total of three cars will be allowed for you Also, additional overflow paid parking lots are located close by.

The Enclave is across the street from Walmart Marketplace and Rouse's grocery stores. It is located right in the middle of Orange Beach! You are walking distance from several restaurants and retail shops! Adventure Island and Gulf State Park are just a few miles away. Waterville USA, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and many other attractions are also close by.

4th of July Week

We had the best stay! The condo is right off the elevator which puts it right in the middle. Perfect for the fireworks that we saw on the beach. If you actually go down to the beach, you could see the Perdido Beach Resort Fireworks and the Turquoise Place Fireworks. Martha was phenomenal to work with. When we checked in, the room with the double bed, the tv wasn’t working. It was unplugged. When we plugged it in, we realized why. The screen was cracked. I guess by a previous stay. We let Martha know and it fixed that night! We were fine without it, but appreciated the quick response. The condo was clean and tidy. .

Overall a great experience, needs a few things updated, like the mattresses. The stove bottom drawer is a little hard to open. But again overall it was great! The hosts were great and communicated all needed information.

Boys Spring Break

Martha was great. Checked in on the boys as the arrived. It was the perfect location with plenty of restaurants to walk to, Waffle House was a huge hit. Plenty of space for the guys to play cards or just lodge around watching basketball. They on the beach everyday and play es plenty of pickleball. Great place for some wonderful memories.

Spacious condo with a great view

The condo had plenty of room for our family. The bathrooms were quite large and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was great at communication and answered my questions. Although the condo is located near the elevator, we never heard it and had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Perfect family condo!

We had a great week staying in this condo! We brought our 75 year old mothers and two teenage boys and the room arrangement and bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The condo is spacious, clean, and stocked with kitchen equipment to cook with. The beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure. The view from the spacious balcony was fantastic. Communication with Martha was easy and attentive. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely Beautiful 4BR Condo

Spacious 4Br/ 3Ba Condo located on 7th floor of a Low Density Condominium Building at the Enclave. Checkin/Check-out process was a breeze. Property itself was very well maintained and located directly across the street from stores and a few restaurants.

Orange Beach getaway

Loved our stay at this condo. It’s in the perfect location, close to stores and restaurants. The beach was never very crowded and we never waited more than a minute for an elevator which is directly in front of the condo. The balcony overlooks the pool and has a perfect view of the beach. The furniture is comfortable and the ice maker was such a bonus. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Annual beach trip

This was our 3rd stay at the condo and it was absolutely amazing just like the other times! When we get there now it’s almost like a feeling of being home! The view of the ocean is incredible, there is so much space in the condo for everyone and it’s convenient to so many stores and restaurants. Martha is wonderful and we love how easy it is to communicate with her! We cannot wait to go back again.

Sweet Summer time
