There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen sized beds in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 10. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix VIII. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). They are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
