**Phoenix V is scheduled to undergo a Balcony Door/Window Replacement and Exterior Renovation Project from September 8, 2026, through May 14, 2027, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, and swing stages. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed during the winter months. This unit's balcony will be completely inaccessible from 10/9/26 through 11/13/26, weather permitting. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit, and the balcony must remain closed until the contractor approves reopening.**

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
