Imagine yourself, surrounded by friends and family, enjoying a sunrise or sunset from our large, private wrap around beachfront balcony. Watch the dolphins play in the emerald waters of the Gulf of America, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, or just do nothing at all. Relax - you're on vacation!

Our 12th floor east corner unit at Phoenix III has new paint and tile throughout. It is very spacious and has breathtaking gulf front views from the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The master has a king bed and its own bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans and TVs are in each bedroom and in the living room. The unit is fully equipped, including washer and dryer.

The building has everything to ensure that you have a memorable vacation: indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor racquetball courts and an exercise room. There are 2 elevators and ample carts and buggies to use for loading and unloading. The complex is a no smoking building.

Parking passes must be purchased by guest ($65/car per stay). 2 cars maximum are allowed per unit. No exceptions.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! On the day(s) it rained, we played racquetball (they will loan you the supplies!) and swam in the indoor pool! On the nice days, we were just steps from the beach and we played beach volleyball, pickle ball, swam in the outdoor pools and just spent time on the beach! Beautiful views from the balcony! Owner was wonderful to communicate and work with! No problems at all on our stay! Will definitely book again in the future! ❤️

Had a great week at the beach. The condo is centrally located in Orange Beach, close to restaurants, mini golf, shopping and groceries. Also close to Gulf Shores. A fun place to spend a week. Condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay over the holiday.

I’m going to be completely honest.. We walked in and were instantly disappointed. One of the electrical plug ins (the full box) was pulled out of the wall (which she did get someone there to fix) but was very dangerous for my one year old the few days we had to deal with it, there were stains all over the couch, and the longer we stayed the more convinced we were that the place had not been cleaned at all. We also delt with a fishy smell from the fridge the whole week that made us gag every time we opened it. When paying 4,000 dollars for a week you at least expect a clean place to stay and this was just not it .

Wonderful vacation

The property was as described. The furniture was clean, comfortable, and in good working condition. The dryer had an issue, but owner was very responsive and got a repair man there to fix it. We also had issue when we first got there, the cleaning crew was still cleaning it at 545 pm. We had to wait before we could get in, but it was clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes which made it easy to cook meals there. There were beach umbrellas, buckets and pool floats in the closet on balcony and we left some chairs. The elevators were pretty fast and didn't have to wait much. The shopping carts were very handy taking stuff up and down. The inside pool and hot tubs were nice, but it was really steamy in there. Wished there was a hot tub outside. The outside pool was very nice! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would rent here again!!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is as listed but there are some things that could be replaced and updated. We had some hiccups with check in but it was worked out. Anytime we stay at the phoenix condos, we know it will be a good vacation :-). The views from the balcony are beautiful!
