The home layout is as follows:
The ground floor is your entry floor with a drop off area and an elevator that will take you to the next 2 floors.
The 2nd level is the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. A bunk room is right off the kitchen with a single built in bunk. Also on this floor is a King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this level next to the bunk room. (the elevator will access this level)
The 3rd level hosts the master King bedroom with a built in single bunk area that also has an ensuite bathroom and a large closet. This bedroom also opens up to it's own private balcony. This Level also includes another King Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom. (the elevator will access this level)
The 4th and very top level is not accessed by the elevator. This level has a single bunk bedroom, a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a bunk room with one single set of bunks and a twin over full bunk and a sectional that allows for a perfect kids space. All the bedrooms on this floor share a double sink bathroom.

Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun or bring your fishing gear and spend the day catching dinner at the neighborhoods private docks. The home includes an assigned boat slip to use during your stay. Don't have a boat, ask us about our favorite boat rentals and experience the boat life in Orange Beach!

**Elevator Use**
This home includes a residential elevator, but its use is not guaranteed. If it becomes inoperable during your stay, repairs may be delayed. If elevator access is essential, please consider a more accessible property.

1. The elevator is designed to safely carry a maximum of 2 persons at any one time.
2. Children must always be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety and proper use of the equipment.
3. Guests are responsible for any damage to the elevator caused by misuse or exceeding the weight/occupancy limits. The cost of repairs due to such incidents will be charged to the guest responsible.
4. Use the elevator in a safe and respectful manner. Do not attempt to tamper with, modify, or vandalize the elevator in any way.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
