Cette unité du 4ème étage est décorée avec de belles œuvres d'art et dispose d'un nouveau canapé-lit et d'une chaise inclinable dans le salon. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale en bord de plage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas. Vous apprécierez la vue imprenable depuis le balcon avant du golfe situé hors du salon. Sunswept est situé directement sur la plage de sable blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est à seulement six miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Vous trouverez des commerces modernes directement en face de la rue. Les églises, 10 terrains de golf de première classe et la pêche ne sont qu'à une courte distance en voiture.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The space was perfect for thhe four of us (two adults and kids aged 18 and 7). Check in was quick and simple and we were very close to everything. It was very nice being so close to the beach and having a great view. The listing was accurate and the unit was very clean. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location and great view. The short walk to the beach was perfect and the pool was amazing.

Ac vent leaks moisture that makes the floor wet and slippery in front of kitchen table. No cabinet space for food. "Black" mold in master shower and guest bathroom on the floor, outside of the tub. Called property manager and she was going to have the maintenance guy just come scrape it off even after I explained how dangerous that would be once it was in the air and disturbed. Dark and dingy stains all over the carpet in the master bedroom. Air ducts and vents are covered in dust. Master bed had a foam topper on it that sinks in the middle. Only had one toilet paper roll in one bathroom and nothing in the second bathroom. Only one paper towel roll per stay. No refills even for extended stays. Must supply your own spices, trash bags and refill paper towels and toilet paper. Rust in the shower and the patio furniture is rusted. Light switches are backwards. Leather chair is falling apart and peeling and the other chair is all stained and old. The cleanliness of this condo is way below par and would not recommend or advice someone to stay here.

Dirty unit, smelled terrible, falling apart

Unit was disgusting and smelled terrible. Asked for some plug ins but never got them, I did go purchase them as the smell was unbearable, carpet is brown from years of dirt and wear and pet urine spots that have been tried to be cleaned but ultimately bleached the carpet. Doors falling off the hinges in the kitchen, microwave hadn’t been cleaned and the wheels inside to spin the tray were broken. The white lounger was sloughing the pleather so bad we had to put a sheet over it to sit on it otherwise we were covered in small white pieces of material. There were potato chips in the pull out bed so we closed that back up and didn’t use it. There is mold above the shower and the shower curtain rod ruined my towels as it was completely rusty and I didn’t notice it when I hung them over to dry. Requested that the blanket for the sofa bed be washed as it smelled very mildewed but never received it back so we had to go buy blankets to use in the unit. Dropped my phone beside the headboard and the dust ruffle was covered in what looked to be cat hair. Property manager quickly removed the linens and replaced. My mother brought my son to me and she has a service dog(teacup hypoallergenic), I understand pets are not to stay on property but my mother had been in the car for 2 days bringing my son to me and she did bring in her service dog. The dog was not in the unit for more than 15 mins and I believe the dog was outside on the patio being held and the property manager and a gentleman were very rude and yelling (other units could hear her and apologized) that the dog had to go and basically called me a liar about my daughters pet allergy and the pet hair on the bed. My mother left upset, my young daughter was upset and it could have been handled in a more professional manner. The pool and chairs were clean and trash was picked up around the area. It was nice that security guards were sitting by the elevator, not sure if they are 24/7 or not. Parking was easy and being able to walk to the souvenir shops and ice cream was a plus. I won’t stay here again, and I have photos to document my observations I stated above. The tube TV was a good comical relief for the children in the spare room, updates are definitely needed for the unit.

Everything was as listed online the location was convenient with walking distance to Walmart, restaurants the pool and beach as well. The condo was nicely decorated but did find fake eyelashes under the bed comforter of the king size bed I re washed the sheets right away. But other then that we had a good experience

Great place with ocean view

Great view of the beach, cute place and very comfortable with great new living room furniture. It was perfect for our group of 4 (3 adults and 1 kid). Would definitely go back. Only suggestions is bathrooms and kitchen need a bit of an update with older faucets (shower faucet fell off and is just old / stained) so it looks dirty even though it’s not, appliances and a bit out dated. Plus there were crews sanding down the older railings on the ocean view patios (annoying early in the morning when trying to drink coffee to the ocean sounds) or while at the pool midday when trying to relax... but I guess they have to repair at some point! Just seems like it would be spring break (they’d do this in the off season). But great little place overall.

We have stayed at Sunswept many times throughout the past 10-12 years! We love this place, the location and the people! Especially Sherry in the office. We had 10 condo this year, our largest group to date. Most all were very pleased although a couple of u it’s are in desperate need of updating. We will continue to return! 💜
