This condo is the only one bedroom condo in Phoenix East with a covered extended balcony which has twice the balcony space compared to the standard size balconies. The spacious balcony with counter height patio table and chairs along with two chaise loungers provides spectacular views of the Gulf and of Perdido Pass. This second floor condo has an entry door that exits to a climate controlled space providing comfort when going to the elevators. This condo is equipped with a 50" LED UHD Smart TV and DVD player in the living room, and a 40" LED HD Smart TV in the master bedroom. Upgraded wifi provides solid signal strength throughout the unit. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living space, bedroom and balcony have new and updated furniture. A full size washer and dryer are in the condo.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
