  • Phoenix East 305 Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI!! Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 1BR condo at Phoenix East. Phoenix East is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony. Perfectly located close to the Perdido Pass, this condo offers amazing views of the Gulf!!! The condo is situated in a great spot on the 3rd floor, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool or beach! Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 60'' HDTV in living room, a 40' in the bedroom. Free wifi with no password required! There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, splash pad for the kids, racquetball court, sauna and lighted tennis courts. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix East with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We do have other units at Phoenix East should you need more space. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The balcony was the star of the show! It was so roomy and had a perfect view of the beach/gulf. The condo was perfect size for myself, my husband, and our 2 young teens. Location was wonderful for a very laid back relaxing vacation…we stayed over the July 4th holiday and did not have to battle any crowds. We will definitely stay here again!

We experienced a great view of the beach, a very clean residence, and nicely equipped kitchen. Everything was tidy and plenty towels, etc.Hot water to the kitchen sink was very a slow to heat up, but was adequate for the bathroom and shower. Overall, we would stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. The large balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing!! Exactly as described, cozy and well kept! Check-in was a breeze, no problems at all.

The property was well maintained. The condo was tastefully decorated and extremely clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony and the view were the best parts of the condo, The beach was beautiful and clean.

Our stay was great although I didn’t receive my check in email but the property manger sent it to me as soon as I called. It was a beautiful relaxing stay, everything was clean and just as pictured!
