Villa Terra is located on the hill of oneof the most picturesque towns of the northern Istria - Oprtalj.

On the groundfloor, there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that leads into a living space the first floor features 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
One of the most amazing features of this villa is its own spa with a sauna and jacuzzi. There is, also, an additional guest toilet.
On the outside of the villa, there is a pool overlooking the hill and a summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining area. You can, also, relax on the sunbeds and under parasols while taking in the stunning view.
