On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which simply invites you to put your cooking skills to the test and prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. The dining area is also directly connected to the light-flooded living room. The living room is perfect if you want to relax on the sofa with your family after dinner. A bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower is also located on this floor.

On the second floor you will find 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Those who want to relax in the indoor jacuzzi or sit back in one of the chairs on the upper terrace and enjoy the breathtaking views over the bay will absolutely love this floor.

One of the best features of this villa is its large terrace with a beautiful pool. There you will also find an outdoor kitchen with stove, gas barbecue and covered dining area. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and then relax on one of the sun loungers.The villa is located in the village of Poljane in Kvarner Bay, a true pearl of the Adriatic. It is only 10 km away from the center of Opatija, one of Croatia's most charming tourist hotspots, known for its old Austro-Hungarian flair. Within a radius of 10 km you will find many beaches and nearby there is also a marina where you can rent a boat and visit the islands in the bay. Lungomare, a 12 km long coastal path that stretches from Lovran to Volosko, is very popular with tourists visiting the area. A romantic and relaxing 100-year-old walk along the shore, far away from the city traffic, offers you the opportunity to relax from stress and everyday worries. Another must-see is Volosko, a former fishing town. Today, Volosko attracts tourists with its many restaurants and a wonderful view of the sea. Rijeka, the third largest city in Croatia and its largest port, is only 20 km away.
