'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'The hotel is in a good location but it is very outdated. It is close to several dining options and provides free parking. However, the room is very small and old. The AC was extremely loud in the summer if it is needed. The bathroom is also very cramped. The whole hotel feels like that it has not been updated for decades.'

'I have stayed here before but this past time the room phone did not work. It smelled like a cat was in the room prior. The bathroom for sure had the litter box. Smelled horrible like cat piss. Only scalding hot water came out. Could not shower. Do not park across the street in that lot. Complete rip off. It's only for 12 hours. The machine did not work. Used the app and my second payment did not go through and I got a boot on my vehicle.'

'The breakfast staff were extremely rude and disrespectful, failing to refill empty food items or adequately assist guests. When we asked for fruits and cupcakes, we were rudely told to arrive at 6:30 AM. Furthermore, only one person was making omelets, causing a 30-minute wait, and there was absolutely nowhere to sit'

'Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. Shut it off turned it back on didnt get better but after about 20 min of loading a show just b started to play I said you know what its been a...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lenox!. If you like historic BnB's you'll like this historic hotel. Very clean and comfortable with historic charm and modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's our new favorite place to stay when visiting Buffalo.'
