'Carpets were dirty. Forgot my sandals and had to walk on carpets without shoes. Had to rewash my feet before putting my shoes on. Bottom of my feet were brown from walking on carpet without shoes. Also A/C didn’t work very well. Could not get it to cool off. They must monitor the units from their end because no matter how low I’d put the A/C it wouldn’t cool any lower. Other than that the room was clean.'

As soon as I gotten off the elevator I was hit with a scent that smelled like mold. I went in my room and it smelled really heavy on the mold side, room wasn’t clean. Trash wasn’t taken out, bed wasn’t properly aligned. I went down stairs to request a room change. When they did the second room had the same issue but not a heavy smell.
