'Really, really nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The only problem was the location - it's not far from downtown but you kind of have to cross a freeway to get there. However, there is a lovely and very walkable park just down the road. So all in all, A+ all the way!'

'Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.'

'フロントのスタッフは皆優しく、言葉が通じにくくても翻訳を使って説明をしてくれました。エレベーターの近くの部屋で、うるさいかもしれないということで耳栓を渡してくれたけど、そんなに気になることもなくホテルの周りも静かな環境だったこともあり、ゆっくりと休むことができました。日用品店までは少し歩くけど、いざという時でも行ける距離だったので足りないものを買い足すことができて助かりました。立地も多くを望まなければ不満はないです。'

'Checked in late and left early but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and the coffee was very good I didn’t have to add anything to make it taste drinkable.'

'The hotel is undergoing renovations. The room I stayed in is newly redone; much improved from my previous stay at the beginning of renovation. The window was covered due to renovation. The front desk is in a temporary location. The amenities are nice. This is going to be excellent once they’re finished. Very comfortable stay.'
