'La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia. Tiene cocineta equipada y las camas son amplias y cómodas. El desayuno completo y de buena calidad. Reconocimiento y felicitación especial al staff ya que al hacer check out y salir, ya no pudimos tomar agua del enfriador en el gimnasio, y salieron hasta el estacionamiento a regalarnos 2 botellas de agua.'

'Poor quality hotel. The review/scores on hotels.com mentioning a 9+ score are probably produced during long times ago, or fake log-ins. We paid 160$ a night for a studio queen plus sleeping sofa. -Upon arrival there was a bad smell in the room (probably still there from cooking by previous occupants; - the sofa bed was the worst we ever experienced, consisting of a metal frame with a 3 inch mattress totally worn down. It resulted in even our child (28KG) having back pain after a night sleep; -...

'Rooms were clean, housekeeping was very nice and respectful. Front desk demeanor was cold and not friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Barely any bread Friday morning, they had 2 trays of potatoes no biscuits. Not a lot of variety. I went down around 11:30am and the breakfast area was still not clean, egg on floor and tables were not wiped down. 2nd day the same thing except no whole milk. I was walking out and in front of front desk there was a fork that was never picked up.'

'We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience.'
