The apartment accommodates up to 2 adults in the air conditioned bedroom, with the option to sleep 1 additional person the sofa bed. Inside you will find a welcoming lounge with sofa, TV and Wi Fi, providing a pleasant space to unwind after a day exploring the Algarve.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a electric hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. A open plan dining area provides space for enjoying meals together.

The apartment also includes a family bathroom with all essential facilities. A hairdryer is provided for guest convenience.
Outside guests can enjoy the beautifully maintained communal grounds. The shared swimming pool measures 12 by 12 metres and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are also provided. The garden includes grassed areas and trees, creating a pleasant outdoor environment, and a gardener visits regularly to maintain the grounds. There is also a communal barbecue area available for outdoor cooking.
Private parking is available within the property grounds. The apartment enjoys country, garden and pool views, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Jardim do Sul Apt 8 is ideally located only 3 km from the sea and the beautiful beach of Praia Fuseta. The train station in Fuseta is just 650 metres away, making it easy to explore nearby towns such as Olhão, Tavira and Faro. Restaurants, cafes and local shops are also within easy reach, while Faro Airport is only around 23 minutes away by car.
A refundable cash security deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
