'Excellent location, magical room, decor felt like when ‘Harry Potter meets da Vinci’, very clean, excellent breakfast with nice coffee to order. I had a question about a late check-in and communication was fast en pleasant. All in all: a hidden gem. Very recommended! '
'Prima hotel in een mooie stad. Perfecte locatie en het dakterras is een pluspunt waar je kan ontbijten maar ook de gehele dag gratis koffie en water is te verkrijgen. Zeer aardig personeel die je overal mee willen helpen. Goed bed, mooie kamer en badkamer en gratis drankjes in het koelkastje (water en cola). Geruisloze airco.'

The appartement is in a small street and is a mix of old and new. Everything was perfect and the owners really think of every little thing. 'Location cannot be beat. Lots of space. Well decorated. Good amenities. One minisplit air-conditioner over the front door does not work well, the one in the bedroom/library does work well. The showerhead should be decalcified or replaced.'
'Luxe hotel midden in centrum van Florence. Zo eentje waar de pantoffels gereed gezet worden’s avonds, de gordijntjes dichtgemaakt worden en er koekjes op kenkussen worden gelegd. Daarvoor betaal je ook de hoofdprijs. Dat weet je vooraf (je ziet wat het kost voordat je boekt) maar maakt ook dat je dit niet zomaar aanbeveelt.
Daarnaast is het bereiken van het hotel een crime. We waren met de auto al langs de kathedraal, de baptistry, pallazzio Vecchio en ponte Vecchio gereden en hebben...
'Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. '
'Zeer fraaie locatie, hartje stad Florence. Bij een hotel op zo'n mooie locatie verwachtten wij iets meer comfort. De kamer maakte een gedateerde indruk, is toe aan renovatie. De receptie bij inchecken verliep stroef, lange wachttijd. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed, uitgebreid, vol verse producten. Voor een paar dagen Florence is dit een redelijk goede keuze, maar de zeer hoge score op tripadvisor en bij booking.com hebben wij helaas niet helemaal herkend., '

'The property was centrally located so that every place I needed to get to was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I had to check-in after 7 pm and Daniel provided easy and clear instructions to check myself in. I also had to check-out really early, and Daniel again was very helpful in setting up a 4 am taxi pickup on a Sunday morning. Staying at this place made me feel like I was renting out a nice little apartment in the center of Florence! Would definitely stay here again,...
'Perfecte locatie, mooi gebouw en heel sfeervolle kamers. Alles ziet er nog nieuw uit, mooie inrichting. Personeel aan receptie heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt, alleen bereiding van glutenvrij brood duurt erg lang. Tip voor het hotel is om een apart glutenvrije broodrooster aan te schaffen om dit probleem op te lossen.'

We have travelled quite a bit & I would honestly say this is one of, if not the, top hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The bed & the pillows are a great test of a good hotel, and believe me, they did not disappoint!
