About this space
A cozy yet spacious apartment located just minutes from the C&O Canal Towpath, the Potomac River and Warrior Mountain, 11 miles from Cumberland, MD and 12 miles from the Paw Paw tunnel. Enjoy all the country has to offer nearby including kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, or stay on the farm and enjoy a fire in the yard with sunset views over the mountains in the evenings. If you prefer to stay inside the apartment has high speed wifi and TV with Amazon Video, Netflix, Hulu and more available.

The space
This newly renovated apartment with all new appliances and furniture is a perfect spot to come and take a relaxing vacation in the country or get a change of scenery while remote working. There is room for the whole family in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with open concept full eat-in kitchen, dining area and living area. Lots of space outdoors as well.

Bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash are provided for each guest so you can pack lighter. The kitchen is also stocked with basic staples like coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, flour, salt, pepper, and some spices.

The guest house is a private stand-alone home with two units. We are currently hosting only the unit in this listing of the two units, so there is plenty of privacy at the guest house. It sits at the top of the hill by the entrance of the farmstead, with panoramic views of the mountains and trees that are nearby and the barn.

Guest access
The entire apartment. Feel free to roam around the immediate outside space of the guest house and enjoy the views. We've added seating around the firepit, a gas grill with a table and a hammock.
