'The property is fairly new so it’s very clean and everything works. The hotel was sold out so the staff was very busy and apparently they don’t have enough towels when they are sold out. Our room was cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay and there weren’t any towels when we returned that evening. We called down and they said we were on the list. (The list doesn’t help you dry off when you get out of the shower) We grabbed 2 towels from the really small pool and took a shower. When we returned...

'The pool skimmer was not working and there was a lot of stuff floating in it which i brought to their attention. We watched the bartender one night who did not rinse the stuff properly between making drinks. The hotel was very accomodating for our 2 dogs and there were lots of great areas to walk around. '

'Comfortable bed, large walk in shower, apartment size refrigerator, couch and chair, modern TV link you phone to play music or watch videos. Great breakfast with active attentive staff. My first choice when in south florida - staying again this April.'

'Overall, stay was okay. They couldn’t accommodate to my clinical sites and schooling schedule. They would coke Other than, I had a few issues with towels being stocked after “services and toilet paper. I called multiple times sign multiple occasions regarding tissue and fowel replacement. I ended up buying my own toilet paper l, mind you I’m from California and there for 18 plus days.!'

'Amazing staff and service level. The best room option is an ocean front room and if you can afford it on the club level! The club lounge has a very good level of service and quality. The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '
