Outside, there is a granite-paved area and another paved with crushed stone that connects the garage to the two entrance gates; the well-maintained garden is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and the granite rocks typical of the area.

The land on which the villa stands slopes gently toward the sea but, further on, descends toward the state highway, preventing any future construction.
