Villa Rudargia is spread over two floors and features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The ground floor includes three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and one with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, opens to a spacious living and dining area with a guest bathroom, leading to a large covered veranda overlooking the pool and the sea. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. An annex accessible from the garden offers a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, perfect for guests or staff.

The villa is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden with lawn and native plants. The private swimming pool, rectangular with rounded corners, features a sunbathing area with loungers and an outdoor shower. The covered veranda on the first floor, furnished with a dining table and lounge area, offers panoramic sea views over Porto Rotondo’s marina. • A tourist rental contract must be signed. The official contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of all waste properly before departure.
