Villa Anita consists of 3 separate accommodation units:
• Ground floor (23 m²) – small apartment with direct access to the swimming pool. It includes a separate bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette.
• Ground floor (78 m²) – due to the sloping terrain, this unit is also at upper level on one side. It features a large terrace and an open living (blue sofa) and kitchen area, one bedroom, and a balcony.
• Upper floor (73 m²) – larger apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area, and a balcony.
All units are fully separate, but the property is rented exclusively as one entire villa.


Okrug Donji is situated on Ciovo which is an island connected by bridge with mainland. So, basically it is island and mainland at the same time. You can go normally, without any payment, to mainland, Trogir or to any other town with your car through bridge which is open 24 hours a day. From Okrug Donji you can go to Trogir, beside by car, by bus. Trogir is 12 km far from Okrug Donji and Split is 37 km far. Car is recommended in Okrug Donji.
