The hotel was pretty run down. The room was not clean - Still had coffee in the maker from the previous resident and the floors had not been swept. There was a disagreeable odor in the room. There was no mirror in the bathroom by the sink. It provided the essentials to stay over night.

Deposit surprise
Was surprised that I needed to come up with a $50 damage deposit upon check in in addition to the cost of the room which made me take my time to wait till it was inspected before I could check out. Dead bolt on door would not engage and side of refrigerator was hot. Bed, floors, and bathroom were clean. There was pretty heavy dust on top of the refrigerator and there was no shampoo. All else was good except doors were slamming late into the night and started early in the morning.

The guys at the front desk were very friendly. Check in/out was easy. Elevators were filthy, walls were dirty, bed was hard as a rock, dirty shoe prints on our sheets & dirty pillowcases

The pool was closed which we weren’t told, the smoke alarm kept beeping n they just told us to unplug it which was very unsafe in event of a fire. Plus the TV was messed up so we only had like 8 channels. The staff was very polite it was just frustrating because the pool was why we chose it n being a new property we thought we wouldn’t have issues with the things we did.

Noisy, room smelled like dog.
The worst part was they allow dogs and there was a dog in the room across the hall. It barked until 11:45pm and started again at 4am. The air conditioner/heater worked but every time it kicked on made a rattle noise that was very loud. If it wasn't the dog waking me up, it was the air. Then there was the lady at the check-in. She spoke very little English and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times to understand what she was saying. One of the rooms I rented was supposed to have had handicap capabilities in the bathroom and instead both rooms were on the third floor. For a person on Oxygen that is less than ideal. Our room smelled like dog as well. This was the worst booking so far using hotels.com. The room was fairly clean (other than the smell). The bed was comfortable as far as that goes. I just couldn't get any sleep for the noise.

Clean hotel.
The hotel was nice. I was concerned abt the wires.. no cover it was really sticking out and exposed in our room where our toddler could play w that. Our room was clean. Tv didnt work but we came late left in the morning.

Dogs in other rooms barked all night along with people yelling up and down the halls, there was spots on the toliet bowl and the shower curtain had brown stuff on them as well as in the bathroom floor. No shampoo or conditioner, the hallway floors and elevator door was beyond dirty. There was pet hair everywhere. And our fire alarm in the room was covered and taped? Wouldn’t recommend if you’re into cleanliness. We won’t be back.

Newly remodeled which would have been nice but still had building materials in the hallway by our door. As a safety professional blocking emergency exit isn’t acceptable. In the room tv had no channels like the signal was scrambled. Turned on the heater with first serious cold front of year coming in and the smoke alarm started to go off. Not a horrible experience but definitely room for improvement.

Side doors broken. Pool under renovation. Ice machines broken. Laundry out of service. No cable tv. No TV guide available. Grounds poorly maintained. I really liked the staff. They were helpful and friendly.
