A Short Walk Everywhere - Great Fall and Spring Rates

The back house consists of a lower level unit. This 2 bedroom unit features many amenities including: stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher, leather couch/chair, retro dinette sets, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Conveniently located in the heart of Ogunquit Village. Walking distance to Ogunquit Beach, The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Great for families with a playground located across the street (playground will likely not be available for 2025 season as it is being updated) and trolley stop just steps away.

Sheets and towels provided for reservations made after June 6, 2025.

In addition, the back house upper level is available for rent sleeps 4, (See VRBO Listing #948989) . The main house sleeps 7, (See VRBO Listing #941258). The main house basement studio sleeps 3, (See VRBO #969062).

We’ve rented this unit several times and will be back again! Small but nicely appointed and in the heart of everything. 5 min walk to the beach, to the center of town and two blocks from a trolley stop. Parking on-site. WiFi is reliable, washed/dryer and outside courtyard are clutch if traveling with kids.

Great property, quiet side street, ocean breeze. Appliances all worked well, and unit was well stocked with games, plates, etc.--all you'd expect from a cottage in the area that an owner cares well for. Comfortably slept 4 in the lower back unit, but could probably handle 5 with a tidy couch sleeper that makes the 'bed' early! Went in the off season (May), but there was a nice grass patio for grilling and congregation. If you're ever looking to book a big group, definitely reach out to the owner in advance ---it has multiple units within 20ft of one another, so an advance booking might yield a close knot spot for 20 people with a shared lawn and patio.

Lovely little spot just a short walk from everything: the beach, shops, restaurants, and the start of the Marginal Way. We were in the lower-level apartment, and everything was clean and tidy. Would recommend to friends and hope to stay there again!

Location, location, location (and amenities)

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this particular property, and there are lots of reasons we keep coming back. - It has everything we need, including a stocked kitchen, AC, spacious closets, a sheltered backyard, gas grill, and washer/dryer. - It's a quick walk to all of the highlights of Ogunquit - the beach, ice cream, restaurants, shops, etc, but we have reserved parking if we need to drive somewhere. When our son was younger we loved being across the street from the playground; now we appreciate that it's across the street from a basketball court. - The friendly and accessible owners.

Its great to be able to have a place you can call home for the week and it actually feels like it! Grills are at the house which are helpful to have a meal at "home"! Convenient location to downtown and the beach. There is even a trolley stop near by for a ride to Perkins Cove. Grateful for this experience! Ken is great to work with!

Perfect location with great communication

Extremely close to everything! We were able to tote around two littles with no problem at all. The beach, shops, restaurants and more! Honestly, it was the perfect location. We have rented several properties over the years and this property stands out as superior. Clean, well equipped kitchen, perfect location for walking into town, and steps from Marginal Way. Ken went out of his way to accommodate our parking needs. You will not regret renting this property.

Amazing Place & Location ~ WITH ONE ISSUE!

Great place and location. A small challenge accessing keys from the lockbox, but the owner contacted me immediately to assist me. We opted to pay the small fee for linens and towels. Much easier than lugging cross country with us. There was no cleaning fee so this was the trade-off. I appreciated the option being available. The location is beyond excellent. One block off the main street. 5 minutes from Ogunquit Playhouse. The only major negative thing that I can speak about was the parking lot. It's big-time gravel and unless you carry your suitcases across the parking lot, plan on your suitcases possibly getting damaged. I lost two wheels on one of my suitcases. I don't understand the driveway not being paved. It really sucked. The place is five-star worthy! Would stay again. I'm a yearly New England visitor.

Location can't be beat for families with young children

We stayed returned after 2 years (thanks, COVID) because this location can't be beat if you have a young child. There's a playground across the street, and toy, coffee, and candy shops within a short walk. The beach is 5-10 minutes away by foot. The condo itself is nicely furnished and impeccably clean, with a washer/dryer so you can take clean clothes home. Our interactions with the hosts have always been great. We would definitely stay here again.
