Cozy Cottage At Footbridge Beach - Great Fall and Spring Rates

Cottage is located on Ocean St. in Ogunquit, just a few cottages up from the the popular Footbridge Beach. The surrounding area is residential, perfect for walking and great for kids. Located steps away from a trolley stop that will take you through the surrounding area and Perkins Cove. Beach has restrooms. Cottage has a renovated kitchen and bathroom and a small screened in porch, perfect for your morning beverage or reading a book. For those cool spring and fall nights, sit by the gas fireplace place and create great family memories. There is a cottage behind this separated by a passage way. Cottages do not share any walls. There is no interior access from one cottage to the other. Rent them both with family or friends, combined they sleep 9. (Back Cottage Property #186852)

The cabin was clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Host was great. Kitchen well equipped. Loved the screened in porch, the safe, quiet neighborhood, and nearness to the beach. The back cabin was unoccupied during our stay, which was nice. If the back cabin were occupied, it would be a crowded yard, as all parking is on the front lawn, and the back cabin gets the back yard.

Great location, walking distance to lovely Footbridge Beach. Quiet neighborhood on trolley route so we didn’t need to drive into town. Cottage is sweet, comfortable and very well equipped. Owner Ken easy to reach, very helpful. Highly recommend this for your stay in Ogunquit!

All good except you need a table on the right side of the kitchen sink so dirty dishes may be stacked there before going next to soapy water for scrubbing before finally going to the rack on the left side of the sink to dry.

House with a screened in porch

Had a terrific stay, the house was clean and comfortable. It was just terrific for 2 adults. The screened in front porch was an added bonus. We sat there for meals, coffee breaks, reading with a nice breeze and no bugs. Enjoyed completely.

We visit Ogunquit every summer, and are so happy to have found this gem of a cottage! Perfect size for our family of three (although would easily be comfortable for a family of 5!), and an amazing location. The house is immaculately clean, and perfect for our long weekend visit. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Just perfect!

The cottage was extra clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook a lot. The BBQ was sparkling clean. The self-entry is very convenient, especialy if you are 2 or 3 people in the house with differents schedules. The footbridge (hence the beach) is only 3 to 4 minutes walk. Just perfect!

Ogunquit getaway

Our second time staying at 87 Ocean St. was even better than the first. The cottage is very comfortable, the gas fireplace made it even more so on cool evenings. The screened porch is a plus. The location is great, just a short stroll to Footbridge beach and another 20 minutes or so to the village. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location

This is our 2nd time renting this property. You cannot beat the location in terms of easy beach access and the house has a nice front porch to enjoy after a busy day at the beach. The house is comfortable and clean and is within walking distance to many good restaurants.

Great cottage in a perfect location!

Loved having all the space, inside and out, that this property offers. We sat on the front porch, walked 5 minutes to Footbridge beach and it was an easy mile or so drive into town. We would stay here again!
