Welcome to our family oasis townhome in Ocean Isle Beach NC! Relax in the private hot tub and or sunbath next to the community pool or indulge in a family friendly game of pickleball! Spend the afternoon at the beach or playing a round of golf at many of the local golf courses around us! If looking to create lifetime memories with the entire family or friends- then this is your place!

Home is located 5 miles from Sunset Beach 5 miles from ocean isle beach. We are surrounded by golf courses!
The space
Our townhome is located in a peaceful neighborhood called Cameron Woods. It’s perfect for families and friends and couples who are looking to have a relaxing getaway and wonderfully fun experience. We are conveniently located close to the beach as well as tons for shopping, many golf course around and amazing restaurants. This home is a 3 bedrooms, 3 bath townhome. It will sleep 8 people comfortably, as it has two rooms with king size beds and two full size bedroom upstairs. A total of 10 people can sleep as we have a pull out sofa that is a full size bed located in the office dow stairs - however we don't list this a a sleeping option as we will not provide pillows or sheets for this sofa. butyou are more than. welcome to use it if you like. We have an amazing game room for you and your friends/family to have a wonderful fun experience.

After a long day at the beach or a fun day on the golf courses - Enjoy a relaxing soak in the four person hot tub or cool off in the community pool just down the road. This community also offers a pickleball courts as well as a fitness center. You may enjoy these activities at the community by using the key card we provide. This is a great place to make memories with your loved ones and will want to make you want to keep coming back year after year!

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM:
•Bedroom 1 - king size bed with Smart Tv and private bathroom with walk in shower and closet. This is the only bedroom location in main floor.

•Bedroom 2 - king size bed with closet. Smart Tv in this room. Shared access to hall bathroom. located upstairs

•Bedroom 3- two full size bed with smart tv and closet. Shared access to hall bathroom. located upstairs

● Office Space- a great placeto work if you need to while on vacation. we have a computer table, closet, card table and chairs, pull out sofa. You may use the pullout if need more space, however we don't provide pillows or sheets for this.

● Loft- great spot to hangout upstairs on the large couch and large tv. There is also a fooseball table to enjoy a game as well.

● GAME ROOM- a place to enjoy with the entire group! We madethe garge inso our game room where we provide an air hockey table as well as a classic arcade game of Pac-Man. We added Led lights on top to make it more fun in the dark! We also have placed a few beach chairs for our guest to use as well as pickleball items.

Want to kick back and watch Netflix? While we do not offer cable, each tv has Roku for watching all of your Netflix guilty pleasures. We provide access to Disney+ and Hulu but you are also welcome to access any other streaming services to which you are subscribed. This includes the outdoor movie projector.

If you want to " work from home" we have got you cover with our 1,000mbps internet service. Or, you might just completely disconnect while enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch.

We are surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurant's to choose from. However if you want to stay home and cook, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you would need.

You are welcome to use the community center of Cameron Wood where you will have access to the community pool, pickleball courts and fitness center. We do provide a key to access these areas. The neighborhood is a wonderful place to also walk the neighborhood as many people do this in the mornings and evenings.
Other things to note
Please keep hot tub cover on hot tub at all times when not in use. this help keeps the hot tub clean and warm.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed on this property.

There are two cameras on property. one at front door and one at back outside.



Please make sure after using the firepit or grill that the propane can is turned off.

Absolutely. No parties, no social gatherings of more than 10 people. Loud music is not allowed as we have neighbors where we want respect for everyone around us.

There's only enough space to park 2 cars in the driveway. You are not allowed to park in the roadway.


***Please note that we live in a hot and humid beach region and Palmetto bugs are extremely common along with several other bugs despite vigilant maintenance- it's not grounds for a refund. We do under go a quarterly pest control but unfortunately they do make their way inside on occasion, especially in the summer or after it rains. But this is normal and as you can see we do keep our home extremely clean but in the south these things do just happen from time to time.

TRASH- trash pick up is Wednesday morning. Depending on when you stay there may be a large amount of trash in trash can outside. We swing by Tuesday night to place next to driveway or sometimes we will place next to road on Monday. We will also stop by on Wednesday after its been picked up to roll it back next to garage. Trash is out of our control- some guest use more than others, but regardless, it will be kept off to the side (tidy) until it can be placed at the road.
