Step in to our light filled home and instantly relax. With multiple entertaining spaces including 2 lounge rooms and 2 decks, you can spend as much or as little family time as you like.
Enjoy swimming in the pool, lounging on the deck looking at the lake, or playing board games (included) in the lounge.
Close to shops (16min walk), lake (2 min walk), river (10 min walk), and beach (17 min walk or 3 min drive) there’s nothing more you could really want from a vacation home!

The space
Being a fully functional home most of the year, we try to ensure that Kalinga Views feels like your home away from home.
Kitchen with dishwasher and lightly stocked pantry, bathrooms with towels and toiletries, and lots of games/puzzles we hope all you feel the need to bring is clothing!

You will be greeted by a welcome pack including local wine and cheese, homemade bread, nespresso pods, and other assorted goodies.

The listed price is for 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, if you wish to make use of the 4th bedroom it is an extra $100 per night. This bedroom is downstairs and accessible by an external staircase.

DETAILS
Lounge 1: pool view and opening on to the side deck, great for when the kids just want to be in the water. New Samsung Smart 65” TV makes this the perfect family room.
Lounge 2: the games room, this is where you relax and enjoy the view with the sound of native birds. Opening on the the large front deck with lake view, this is an amazing place to enjoy cocktails and cheese.
Bed 1: en-suite attached and opening on the the front balcony. Queen bed. All our linen is new and the bedding of food quality.
Bed 2: another queen bed, this at the back of the house. If you are 2 families it is easy to separate. Built in wardrobes
Bed 3: either 2 singles or combine them to make a king.
Bed 4 (extra cost, due to set up and cleaning fees): downstairs, bunk bed with double on the bottom. Great teenagers retreat! TV and couch also within this room.
Kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, bread maker and bread flour, Pizza Maker, and almost anything else you can think of!
Bathroom: bath and shower, toilet separate. Basic toiletries included.
Gym: downstairs including weights, squat rack, fit ball, and therabands

Extras: you will have access to a foam surfboard, boogie boards, and some pool toys. There are also puzzles and board games.

NOTE
- primary access to this home is via a flight of 15 tall steps, there is a side access which is an incline. There is a steep driveway.
- we have pets (which are not present), and although the home is professionally cleaned if you have severe allergies this may not be the holiday home for you
- for stays longer than 8 days there is an extra $80 charger for the cleaner to attend. A linen change is available at request for an extra fee.
- please allow the house to be available for the pool serviceman, this has no extra fee
