The First Floor has an open concept kitchen with custom cabinets, stone surface counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept continues throughout the living Room and dining areas. The first floor Master Suite has a king size bed and full bath. A second full bath on the first floor provides a private bath for guests sleeping on the luxury air mattress double sleeper-sofa. Take the spiral staircase up to the second floor and continue taking in the breathtaking views. The second floor has another Master Suite with two double beds and full bath, A third large upstairs bedroom has two queen beds. Finishing the second level is an adjoining Loft that is a fabulous living/sleeping area and includes a queen sleep sofa. A fourth bathroom (half-bath) and laundry room complete the upstairs. All three bedrooms (and Loft) have beautiful Ocean views and large flatscreen TVs and both living areas have large Smart TVs.
