Enjoy direct access to the beach from the grounds and a lovely, oceanfront swimming pool to cool you off in the afternoons.

In many ways, this oceanfront condo boasts the perfect Ocean City location. In addition to being right on the beach, you'll be two blocks from Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park, three blocks from the northern end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, and a matter of steps from all sorts of restaurants, beachy eateries, bars, shops, and sources of entertainment.

A back wall of sliding glass frames the beach and the ocean, filling the living room with sunlight. It's a gorgeous scene to take in whether you're sipping a cold cocktail outside on the balcony, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting down to dinner at the dining table, or watching movies on the living room TV.

Additional features of the condo include another TV in the bedroom, a stacked washer/dryer for your swimsuits and beach towels, and both complimentary WiFi and central air conditioning throughout the space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
