Pack your Bags! Book your reservation to stay at this well-maintained, OCEAN FRONT Studio comfortable for a family of 3 in Golden Sands 1210. Enjoy the AMAZING VIEW OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN from your private balcony, along with a fully equipped modern kitchen, combo dining/ living room area with a smart ROKU TV, full bath with tub/shower & washer & dryer. Bedding: 1- Queen & 1 -Queen Sleep Sofa, and lots of amenities. Enjoy the indoor pool, exercise room & game room year- round. During the Summer Season enjoy the large outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool (provided for children in diapers), tennis, oceanfront volleyball, visit the beach bar & grill, sandwich shop, convenience store & gift shops, elevators, and a storage locker to store your beach chairs. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel set equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Parking spot for 1 car. Additional parking is on a first come first serve basis. $15.00 per day for additional parking passes. This property rents any 3 nights all season. No Pets. Smoking & vaping are prohibited on balconies and in all common areas, EXCEPT for designated smoking areas. Violators shall be subject to a fine of $200. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
$75 cash non-refundable bldg registration fee due upon check-in at Golden Sands. $5 deposit for pool passes returned at check out. Building provides internet and not guaranteed. Smoking/Vaping is prohibited on balconies and in all common areas, except designated areas. Violators subject to a fine of $1,000. Golden Sands does not allow swim or regular diapers in any pools, except kiddie pool.

It so is fine. The check-in process is annoying and getting additional fees that weren’t expected such as the 75 registration fee when you show up is not pleasant along with having to travel once you’ve driven several hours to the location only to find out that you have to travel another 2 miles down the road to pick up the key to the premises. Up the key you also have to drive 2 miles down the road to drop the key off. I felt as if the people in the management office were smug and I did not like the whole check in checkout process.

The property outside was excellent. Weather permitting. Thats why you pay a 75.00 unrefundable charge at check in for the amenities. I assume? Easy access to beach and the outside bar and grill was outstanding.The inside however, was just okay. Balcony is very small. But a beautiful view. The washer and dryer is rather unusable, it tucked in a small closet right at the entrance door and it barely opens to get a load of wash in not to mention very outdated. Needless to say we didnt use it. The bathroom is very small and the tub shower combo is leaning so much that items fall off the shelves. Be careful the tile floor gets moisture and are very slippery. The all around mirrors in the small space were a little much. It needs updating. We will look for other properties in the future

Awesome stay

Golden Sands is super clean, staff was friendly and constantly cleaning, our room was cute and clean - we loved everything about it! The main patio area is huge with a tiki bar, direct access to the beach. We’re already planning our trip back next year. Highly recommend Golden Sands!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Golden sands has nice amenities like the pool bar and deck, cafe, indoor and outdoor pools, etc. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It's our 2nd time staying there, and we've enjoyed it both times.
