When the weather calls for a cozy night in, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips.

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen, freshen up your clothes with the convenient in-unit washer and dryer, and stay seamlessly connected with complimentary WiFi throughout your stay. Sheets and towels are provided so you can pack light and arrive ready to relax. We also supply a generous starter kit of household essentials — including coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels — so your first day feels effortless from the moment you walk in the door.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.
