This was a perfect getaway for a week with my husband. Very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Short drive to the boardwalk too. We were literally right across the street from the beach. The balcony was our favorite, the view was perfect and we spent every night sitting out there soaking it all in.

I am actually excited to write a review for this Vrbo host. They have a beautiful place with a balcony view of the bay that is gorgeous,the pictures of the 2 bed/2 bath condo are exactly as shown, the host is very responsive if you need anything (I needed an updated WiFi password) the building is secure and in a great location for everything OC has to offer. I highly recommend this host for your next vacation , you won’t be disappointed.

Check-in process was extremely easy and hosts were very responsive to inquiries pre-stay. Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials for preparing meals. Master bathroom light was strobing and could not be used. Kitchen overhead light was only partially working. The view is great! It allows for people-watching at the adjacent hotel, views of the bay AND the ocean! Great sunsets!!!Leg on one balcony chair was rusted off making it a bit difficult to use but we improvised. Could’ve been cleaner upon arrival but we cleaned and it didn’t affect our experience.Overall, we would stay again and recommend.Many thanks to ours hosts!!!

Good location, roomy. NICE setup. Bright. View is wonderful. Its on side of building, you overlook pool of Hampton Inn. We were very happy w/ our view of the bay & did get days of direct sunset. Kitchen had all essentials (keurig & regular coffee, pots etc.) & bathrooms were generous in size. Washer & dryer great. ** First impression: Odd smell when you open the door. Not moldy/musty but not clean/fresh. We smelled this every time we entered. I bought & left 2 air freshners @ doorway. Didnt help. Second: The walls, doors & mouldings need a good wiping to keep it looking & smelling fresh. Bring clorox wipes & scent boosters. ** Owner needs to update the listing - towels arent included. This is a BYO sheets (2 twin, 1 king), toilet paper & towels place. Just be prepared. ** We werent able to connect to WIFI. Little help from Fred/owner. Husband figured it out. PS the login info was NOT the info we were supplied. Dont expect helpful responses. Some owners go above and beyond, some dont. ** Surrounding area is great. There is a Liquid Assets bar at the ALoft you can hang out at, kids can swim in the bay & drinks are very good! Inside ALoft their bar made some great margaritas! ** There is a Nicks mini golf, candy kitchen & sunsations nearby. We accessed the beach on 45th b/c it was easier & we found the SeaLoft hotel has a hose for rinsing sand off. Walmart is a 20min ride away, not terrible! ** In summary was a great location, nice place & has beautiful views. Go prepared.

Extremely Close to Convention Center!
We were in town for a week for a dance competition and being the closest we could be to the venue, really helped! Being on the bay side it was great that we didn’t have to cross any busy main roads to get to the convention center. I was able to go back and forth quickly between breaks. The condo was clean, spacious and well decorated. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect location for St. Patrick's Day Weekend. Clean and nicely kept. Host was easy to communicate with and made the stay easier.

Location!!
We stayed here for a cheer comp at the convention center. We were within a 5 min walk to the convention doors. Perfect size for a family of 4 with beautiful views of the bay! Will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to OC!

Great weekend stay
Very nice condo in a great location--super convenient since we were in town for an event at the convention center. The building has nice amenities, sauna, pool and fitness center. Would absolutely stay again.
