This home has many recent updates including the addition of new furnishings, TV's, counter tops, painted cabinets and floors. It features a full kitchen with everything you need to cook some money saving meals at home. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, TVs in every room and of course free WI-FI. There is a first-floor bedroom with a Queen bed. The primary suite is upstairs and also has a Queen. The third bedroom, also located on the second floor, has a Twin over Twin bunkbed and an additional Twin bed (updated since listing photos were taken.) A Double sleeper sofa is in the living room. This 2-level home gives you plenty of room to spread out and sports 2 balconies for taking in those ocean breezes!
Centrally located on 75th street, this home offers convenient access to all that Ocean City has to offer including access to route 90 for trips to West OC, Berlin and Salisbury. There are many great restaurants/bars, miniature golf, go-carts, paddle boards and jets skis located in walking distance or just a short drive away.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage.

* Quick access to the beach. Owner has provided beach chairs for guest use.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 75th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
