GREAT LOCATION FOR A GREAT VACATION!! CHECK OUT OUR WONDERFUL REVIEWS!! Park the car and forget it because most everything is within walking distance when you're on the boardwalk. This amazing end unit 1st floor condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms (sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT provided) and was recently remodeled and furnished. The new windows and doors block most noise from the boardwalk when closed so you can sleep soundly even in the middle of the day. NEW king size bed in the primary bedroom! NEW remodeled kitchen and new stainless steel appliances! Large island with quartz countertops. Extremely functional and stocked kitchen to prepare a full meal and dining area that accommodates 7 guests plus a living room area with streaming (Roku and YouTubeTV and several other streaming apps) and free high speed internet. The porch is perfect for people watching and incredible sunrises! Also included are a NEW washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, private outdoor pool and outdoor shower (located behind the building), one parking space, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella (1) and sand toys for the kids. Enjoy boardwalk fireworks from our balcony every Monday June - August. NEW Bayside Park Recreation complex is 1.5 blocks from our condo. This park features a playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts and a skate park! This rental is the one you'll want to come back to year after year! Sorry, NO Pets per association rules. Did we mention that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins is right next door?! And Shenanigan's restaurant is located at the far end of our building! We Rent Saturday to Saturday during peak weeks June-August **Owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania.** POOL WILL BE CLEAN AND READY FOR GUESTS BEGINNING IN LATE MAY AND CLOSING IN LATE SEPTEMBER**. We stayed here for Oceans Calling music festival. The location on the boardwalk was perfect! The home is lovely, very clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was an added bonus. Everything is walking distance including lots of great restaurants. Our favorite was watching the sunrise and dolphins from the balcony. The balcony is great for people watching too!! We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was great! House offered everything we needed for our week at the beach. Loved the extras that the owners provide like 2 beach umbrellas, sand toys and the 4 beach chairs. Beautiful stay

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. You can tell the owners take pride in their place. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Beds are comfortable. Balcony is amazing (definitely get up for the sunrise). The host communicated everything necessary. I will definitely rent again and appreciate being able to make memories here with my family. Thanks so much for a great stay in your condo!

Overall a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Lots of sleeping options. I was not aware from the pictures when I booked this unit that there was a 2nd set of stairs going to the bottom level of this unit. So sadly we could not put my 4 and 2 year old in that bed in fear they could unlock the door and walk right out. We put them on the sofa bed and a pack and play in the living room which worked out. This unit would be fantastic for older kids and we surely hope to stay here again once our kids are older. BUT it was so so convenient to the beach and the boardwalk. It was beautifully furnished and just the perfect place all around! We loved our stay here!

Incredible Memories

This place was incredible. The host is very attentive and friendly. The location is unbeatable. We were at the beach every morning and swam at the pool in the afternoon. Then walked the Boardwalk in the evening to get our favorite ice cream. Will definitely look to book this place again.
