Boards Edge Villas 102 is a lovely townhouse located on the ocean block. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has a furnished porch looking out at downtown Ocean City. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Boards Edge Villas is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

This spacious townhouse is seated above a cute little strip of stores. The living room is furnished with two matching couches, an arm chair, and a flat screen TV. The larger couch doubles as a double sleep sofa. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a pyramid bunk bed and a TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. There is a full bathroom on each floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, so bring the whole family!

Can’t beat the location and parking BUT the house is not in good shape. Dirty stained furniture and bedding. Beds were very uncomfortable. Trash situation was not great either it was overflowing intro the street every night. Could be a phenomenal property with a refresh though.

Great location, needs updates

We stayed from Sun-Saturday as a family of 9. Location right on the boardwalk/beach was fantastic along with grocery store and coffee shop below. Parking spots were great but had other tenants blocking the driveway and not leaving room for guests to get in. Other tenants leaving garage open was inconsiderate too. Easy to catch bus up to high streets when necessary. Happy about the kids toys and games in the house. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the house needs work. The floors were quite dirty, along with dining table and couches. Each rooms could benefit from curtains to block sunlight in AM. Maintenance in bathrooms is necessary as toilet paper holders are loose and bath mats are dirty. This house could benefit from a true deep clean, repaint, etc. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and some small changes could really bring this place to a 5 out of 5.

Nice house, good location

The house was well maintained. One of the couches was really low (but should have been replaced as of August 4th, 2022) and the garage door opener didn't work consistently but those are only complaints. Everything else was as expected. There was plenty of space, nice clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

Overall clean, spacious 4 bedroom property very close to the beach and boardwalk! Annoying that we had people park in front of our garage 3 days out of 5 and had to find owners to get out (usually in coffee shop). No parking signs everywhere too. Wish there were 3 parking spots for a rental of 12 people. Otherwise I would recommend this rental!

Location was great. One block away from boardwalk. Parking was bad. We were ensured with two parking spots but neither was available at time of arrival. We had to parked really far and it’s not that safe at night. The apartment wasn’t that cleaned. The dining chairs were all stained and there were candy wrapper, popsicle sticks and used tissue paper when we arrived. We arrived late, we didn’t want to make a big deal and just want to rest so we cleaned up ourselves. The Mgmt office where you had to pick up keys was about 10 minutes drive from the apartment. I don’t understand why can’t they just put a lockbox outside the apartment. Picking up keys were fine but we spend an hour extra stuck in traffic just to drop off the keys

Close to the beach

The property was great. I loved the proximity to the beach. We had two families with a combined 8 children (ages 4-11) sleeping at this location. If you are looking for somewhere close to the beach, then this is the place for you. For interested renters - this location does not provide towels, nor any bedsheets. While it does have mattresses, quilts, and pillows, you are expected to bring your own linens. It also might not have any toilet paper or garbage bags when you arrive.

Everything was fantastic we love the property we love the where it was situated in Ocean City the only complaint they were pretty well prepared for toddlers or babies the only thing I would suggest is a gate for the stairs and of course the parking at times was an issue but overall I would stay there again

Great family vacation

The property was clean and open. Didn’t realize the one parking spot was in a garage; although it was tight, it was in a garage! Once parked never left, everything was within walking distance; and what wasn’t -the bus was right there. Although that was the one downside is the street was busy and noisy at times. Found out the dryer didn’t work, but was able to hang stuff in the walk-in closet to air dry.

This property is just steps away from the broadwalk，very convenient location. Have plenty of rooms and bed for a big group of guess. The balcony has a nice view of the city.Cons：Parking was limited. Carpet on second floor was dirty. There were trash under the beds and the closet was filled with unorganized pillows and covers. But the overall experience was great！
