  • Vernieuwde 2 slaapkamers / 1 badkamer appartement in Summerwinds. Unit is net gerenoveerd in november 2016. Nieuwe vloeren, verf en wat meubels.
    Unit is slechts 4 blokken naar het strand, de promenade en het Jolly Roger Amusement-gedeelte. Vanaf het balkon heeft u een mooi uitzicht op de baai. Er is een zwembad en 2 off-street parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar.
    Er is kabel-tv en wifi internet, evenals een wasmachine en droger in de eenheid. Er zijn 2 grote bedden en een queensize bed.
    Alle keukengerei is aanwezig en alle apparatuur is aanwezig. Het enige dat u echt nodig hebt zijn beddengoed en handdoeken.

We had a great stay here. The property is accurately described and all instructions were clear which made check in and check out were very easy. There was a bit of a musty smell but otherwise the place was great! There was everything we needed in the kitchen - all you need is towels and linens. The location was very convenient and the property is in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice quiet part of town.But didnt like that fact that we wasnt allowed to do or sit or barely do anything on the balcony and its a long walk.to the beach specially for anyone older but the owner bill was really nice.

Strict but fun

Overall, the actual property was perfect for our senior week. The only issue we had was the strict rule of allowing only 6 people in the condo. While we had 6 people in our house, no extra guests could enter, which was a little annoying but the owner is an amazing person. I’d definitely recommend.

Perfect Condo

Our stay was really nice. Everything is as advertised and the walk to the beach was very short. The condo was clean, with TV, washer/dryer etc and my communication with our owner was pleasant! Would return, with family not friends. The only unpleasantness has nothing to do with the owners of our condo or the condo itself, it was who I assume to be the property manager. There is some woman there who came out to the pool as soon as we went one day and sat there to watch us. A friend in the area stopped by to say hi on his walk and we were scolded for having 6 people already at an empty pool. She was extremely rude and hostile, making assumptions when we did not even break any rules. One of the security guards let us know they were quitting due to her horrible treatment of people and that she simply hates young people for no reason, and watch the cameras for assumed indiscretions 24/7. On one hand I found it condescending (no pun intended), but on the other I pitied their seemingly miserable life.

Bikefest

This property was exactly what it looked to be. We had 5 adults so 1 bath was a bad choice on our part! No other issues. Had a great extended weekend. Bill, the owner, was very quick to respond to the questions I had prior to going.

Ok but could be better if they put money back into property

We were told 2 days before our trip that the AC units in the bedrooms and living room cannot run at the same time. There was a musty smell throughout the whole unit. The couch and recliner were broken. Sand was all over the couches and we didn't go to the beach. Paint was peeling on the walls. For the price the unit would be so much better if they fixed some things up.

Just below expected.

Place was in good location. Pool feature was great. A/C subpar. Bedrooms were not comfortable for us without pedestal fans. A little run down, but functional. Kitchen was biggest disappointment-had a very foul odor.

Great location

The location was perfect for our stay. It could use a few upgrades for the kitchen and bathroom but it suited our needs. The pool is a huge perk with kids.

Great place!

The condo was a great location. Parking was easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. And the pool was surprising large. We had no complaints the condo is exactly how it is described. My kids also couldn't stop talking about how comfy the living room furniture was! Thanks for the great hospitality!
