This two-level rental boasts plenty of living space for your family or group of friends, as well as all the comforts of home with the full kitchen for carefree family meals. Guests of this rental will also have easy access to nearby tennis courts and a playground.

This townhouse sits on the edge of a canal inlet of Assawoman Bay. You'll be right down the street from Little Salisbury Neighborhood Park, a quarter-mile from the beautiful shoreline, and within an easy stroll of restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and Splash Mountain Water Park for fun family days are only four miles south. You will also be just a short drive to the Tanger Outlets in West Ocean City, or you can drive a little further north for tax-free shopping in Delaware!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Dock details: Slip for boat up to 21ft.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
