'Everything was clean and in good working order .'

'Neighborhood location. Quiet. Host was attentive. '

'The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!'

'We had an amazing stay! The hosts were quiet and discreet while also being warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The home is beautifully renovated with high-end furnishings and appliances, and everything felt brand new. The kids’ toys and backyard were perfect for our family, and the space was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. The location was fantastic, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. The home felt like a luxury apartment....

'Excellent apartment, love it!! It’s very spacious with everything you may need. Location is fabulous and even a supermarket at the bottom. Definitely coming back to this place.'

'Great location and amenities. Would definitely stay there again.'

'It was a very nice place to rest up for the night between travels!'

'The windows kept outside sounds minimal making it a calm place overnight while still allowing quick access downtown Fredericksburg in about twenty minutes which is very convenient when traveling solo like I was this time.'

'This property absolutely amazing I loved everything, clean smelt great only thing is extremely noisy, because of the public and fire trucks all night long , to get access to the key fob was a task there should be better instructions to get the key other then that I will definitely stay again'

'Thank you so much! Great location, great apartment, close to everything- everyone was so lovely. We will definitely stay again when I bring my kids down to visit.'

'Smooth and much smarter than a hotel in this area. One thing that would make this particular spot truly enjoyable is better lighting, specifically dimmers. Too many owners of these rental condos just stick cheap awful lights -- too bright, ghastly white, etc. Come on, its a little thing that means a lot to most. Also, having the parking stuff in the room is truly counterintuitive and a hassle -- be smarter than that. You show up, what do you do with the car? Leave it outside while you run...

'Nothing was cleaned properly. Silverware in drawers with food on them, the bathtub had actively pink and black mold growing in it, the halls smelled. They advertised a pool and fitness center, charged me for it, and when I got there it was exactly as described. I woke up the next morning and they had BUILT WALLS where there was prevously doorways and everything was under construction for the next 4 months. My July 5-July 17th dates of course started the construction. They have been actively...
