Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa - Praia Del Rey With Large Private Heated Pool Near Beach

**BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE**

Villa Chloe is located within the luxury Country Club resort of Praia D'el Rey. The resort sits atop the fabulous Atlantic Ocean with the most amazing beach and ocean views and is set in the pine trees. The resort offers two of Portugal's premier golf courses (voted the 9th best golfing resort in Continental Europe 2018/2019 and Westcliff golf course accolades are even better). The villa is in a quiet part of the resort and in a great location. It is only 5 mins walk from the clubhouse and tennis centre and 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk from the beautiful private long sandy beach.
Villa Chloe is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has 3 large bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and bidet on the first floor and the third bedroom with twin beds is also on the first floor. The second bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite with a bath, shower and bidet. The living room has a large 'L' shaped sofa which provides ample space for 6 people, french doors leading out to a fabulous garden room and a separate dining room which also has french doors leading out to the garden. This is a family orientated space with flat screen TV, free WiFi, Playstation with games library and DVD with DVD library. The kitchen is well equipped with a granite work top and has all the appliances that you would want including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine.
Outside the covered seating areas lead onto a secluded and pretty garden with a large heated pool (approx 10 X 5 metres and pool heating costs an additional £160 per week) and brick built BBQ.

We fully enjoyed our week at Villa Chloe! The villa is as perfect as on the images. We also enjoyed the conservatory during the cooler evenings. You need a car to drive to the nice places in the area, we preferred Obidos for sightseeing and Baleal for the beach.

The heated pool is a plus and mandatory as the area is a little windy. Very close to the beach and 20 min until the nearest bigger supermarket. The house is totally equipped and the bbq is also another plus.

Great villa !

Villa was extremely clean and as advertised. Communication with the villa owner was excellent. We paid for pool heating which I think was a must. It would have been too cold otherwise as the weather was a bit hit and miss but you can’t control that ! The resort of Praia D’el Rey was great also. We are in the club house a couple of times during our stay.

Tolles, sauberes und geräumiges Haus

Gute Lage, eigentlich sehr ruhig. Von der Baustelle gerade nebenzu wussten wir nichts. Zum Glück hat das Haus gute Fenster, sodass der Lärm kaum mehr zu hören war. Schnell ist die Lagune von Obidos, Obidos oder das Gebiet um Peniche zu erreichen. Haus ist gut ausgerüstet. Es hat Alufolie, Putzmittel, Abtrocknungstücher etc. Das Haus ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at Villa Chloe. Villa was clean, well equipped and maintained. Swimming pool was very welcome and seems that previous residents followed instructions to cover it at night as water temperature was warm without it being heated. Would definitely recommend it as a nice home to spend a holiday at.

Wir haben hier einen schönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wird gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung reichte für unsere Bedürfnisse aus. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben die Villa aus Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung genutzt. Die Villa liegt in einem relativ dicht bebauten- aber gut gepflegten Golf-Resort welches einen hochwertigen Eindruck macht. Dieses bietet für Nicht-Golfer allerdings sehr wenig. Die schöne Steilküste am Strand bietet sich für lange Spaziergänge an. Wir können die Villa insbesondere für Anhänger des Golf-Sports empfehlen. Wir möchten uns bei den Vermietern für die flexible und großzügige Handhabung unserer Buchung bedanken, die wir coronabedingt um 1 Jahr verschieben mussten. Many Thanks !

Wonderful Relaxing Location

Villa Chloe is a fantastic location for a quiet, stress free holiday. I enjoy my golf so this was a bonus. Access was easy and Sara's communication was exemplary. The villa is very well appointed and there are many owner/guest suggestions of local cafes, restaurants and things to do. We will return.

Ein schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Chloe. Die Villa war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Wir haben den Pool beheizen lassen, andernfalls wäre er vermutlich zu kalt gewesen. Alles in allem ein toller Ort um einen gelungenen Urlaub zu verbringen.
