This cozy holiday apartment is located in a dreamlike setting above Oberstdorf. It offers great accommodation at the foot of the Allgäu Alps for couples, families, and solo adventurers alike.

The 55sqm 2-room apartment is on the 1st floor and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed (1.50x2.00) and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom with double bed (1.80x2.00) invites you to dream. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people.

Amenities include free WiFi, Netflix, cable TV, board games, and a Senseo coffee maker. In winter, your car and skis are covered in the garage, safe from snow. Bed linen and towels are provided for you.



A furnished south-facing balcony awaits you outside, which perfectly catches the daytime sun. Enjoy the fantastic view as a rest from eventful excursions in our beautiful Oberallgäu! Regardless of whether you have reached the Nebelhorn casually with the gondola or as a mountaineer, we offer you the optimal holiday experience of adventure, rest and relaxation!



In the summer, all our guests receive a free mountain railway ticket for the entire duration of their stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf as well as the nearby Kleinwalsertal. You can find detailed information in the guest information folder available on site.



Beautiful slopes, cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails await all winter sports enthusiasts. You can easily get to any valley station by bus or car. The Nebelhorn ski area is only 1km away from our house.



A garage on the property is available for free parking. From there, a staircase leads through our garden to your holiday apartment.

You can quickly reach all places in the area by car. In the high season, we recommend the local bus, which incidentally also reaches destinations that you are not allowed to drive to by car without an entry permit. These include, for example, Spielmannsau in Trettachtal or Birgsau in Stillachtal, from where you can go on great mountain tours in the Allgäu High Alps.

The nearest bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. You can reach the city center in about 10 minutes.



Fresh rolls can be delivered daily on request.

Bed linen and towels are provided for you.

Bringing pets and smoking in the house is not permitted.

A video doorbell with a camera is installed at the entrance. It serves exclusively for security and organizational purposes.
